Privacy Policy for the Mobile App “Easy Cyclic Timer” (Android and iOS)
Effective Date: October 27, 2025
This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application “Easy Cyclic Timer” (for Android and iOS, hereinafter referred to as the “App”) processes and protects user data.
1. Age Restrictions
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13.
2. Data Collected
The App does not request or collect any personal data directly from users.
All settings (such as work/rest intervals, selected theme, and interface language) are stored locally — only in the App’s folder on the user’s device — and are not transmitted to any servers.
However, the App may use a third-party service:
- CAS.AI (ad aggregator) — for displaying ads, including child-safe (non-adult) content.
CAS.AI may automatically collect technical data, including IP address, device type, system language, OS version, and advertising identifiers (Advertising ID on Android and IDFA on iOS).
Note for iOS: The App does not perform tracking that requires user permission under the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. If future versions use the IDFA for personalized ads, the App will first request the user’s consent.
3. Advertising
The App displays ads with an age restriction of 13+. Gambling, adult, or other inappropriate ads are prohibited.
Advertising is provided through CAS.AI. All data processing is performed in accordance with the CAS.AI Privacy Policy.
4. Data Storage
Timer progress and user data are not stored in the cloud and are not transmitted to the developer. All user settings (intervals, themes, language) are stored locally on the device.
5. Security
We do not share information with third parties other than the advertising services mentioned above. All transmitted data is processed in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
6. Your Rights
Android: You can disable personalized ads and/or reset your Advertising ID in your device settings (for example, “Settings → Privacy → Ads”).
iOS: You can manage tracking permissions in “Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking” and reset your IDFA in “Settings → Privacy & Security → Advertising” (menu names may vary depending on iOS version).
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at 2ndReality.info.
