Privacy Policy for the iOS Version of Fishing Baron

This Privacy Policy describes what data may be collected in the mobile game Fishing Baron when installed via the Apple App Store.

1. What Data We Collect

The game does not require mandatory registration. To sync game progress, the user can sign in with Apple ID ("Sign in with Apple"). In this case, the app only gets access to the unique Apple ID user identifier. The email address and name are not stored without the user's consent.

The game may also collect the following technical data:

• Device identifiers (such as Identifier for Vendor – IDFV)
• Device language and region
• App usage data (play time, errors, user actions)

2. Advertising

The game uses the CAS ad module from CleverAdsSolutions. Ads are targeted at users aged 13+ in accordance with partner requirements. The game does not display adult (18+) or gambling ads; such ads are prohibited by our partners and ad networks. We do not control the content of all ads but strive to comply with age restrictions set by ad networks.

The game may use advertising identifiers and other device data solely for displaying relevant ads, in accordance with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency policy.

3. Data Storage

Game progress can be saved on the device or, if signed in with Apple ID, in the PlayFab (Microsoft) cloud service. This data includes:

• Current level
• Achievement statistics
• User settings

4. Security

We use only official SDKs and services from Apple, Microsoft, and our ad partners to securely process and store data. Personal data is not shared with third parties without the user's consent.

5. Age Restrictions

The game is rated 13+ according to App Store guidelines. All advertisements in the game are targeted at audiences 13+ and do not contain adult content or gambling, as prohibited by advertising network policies.

8. Subscriptions and Payment

Monthly subscriptions (e.g., progress boosters) are available in the game. Payment is processed via Apple services. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled in your Apple ID settings. The game does not collect or store your payment data (such as card numbers).
