Fishing Base

The Fishing Base is the main screen (or hub) where the player lands after pressing the “Play” button. This is where every fishing adventure begins!

In the top right corner, you’ll always see the name of the fishing base you’re currently at, as well as the current date and time in the game.

Time in the game affects lighting changes (day/night) and fish activity: some species can only be caught during the day, others only at night, and some at any time. The duration of a location pass or the effect of a soup (cooked at home) is measured in in-game days. One in-game day lasts 1 hour 43 minutes of real time.

The day of the week also matters: it affects the price of fish at the market, where you sell your catch and earn coins.

Main Buttons of the Fishing Base

• Go Fishing! — The most desired and important button in the whole game. Allows you to go to the fishing spot and start catching fish!
• House — lets you:
  • rest from fishing and recover from fatigue;
  • extend your pass (if you don’t have your own house at the base yet);
  • buy a house at this base;
  • cook one of the soups in the kitchen (gives temporary bonuses).
• Map — opens the map and allows you to travel to another fishing base located on this or another continent.
• Shop — here you can buy tackle, bait, and everything you need for fishing.
• Market — a place to sell your caught fish and receive in-game currency.
• Quests — complete quests and earn rewards. If a quest seems too difficult or uninteresting, you can always cancel it.
• Hints — the reference section, where you can find out:
  • the list of locations on the selected continent: accommodation costs, minimum level, house prices, and fish list for each location;
  • the list of fish on the continent with their characteristics: maximum length, price, experience, time and depth to catch, chance and amount of pearls;
  • the list of baits and groundbaits used here;
  • the list of premium goods with their descriptions.
